About

Trained as a lawyer with a double specialization in International Law and Employment Law, I have developed my career around HR administration: legal case management and compliance, HRIS and HR data analytics, compensation strategy, tools and processes, employee benefits, and international mobility, among others. Alongside HR leadership teams, I've also contributed to cross-functional HR projects such as CSRD and CSR certifications, EVP definition, career path or performance strategies. Managing people has also become an important part of my work, and I focus on creating an environment where they can build confidence, skills and autonomy. My profile combines versatility and expertise, supporting companies in strengthening employees attraction and retention, managing budgets and improving overall HR performance and efficiency.
