Responsible for the development, design, construction, and commissioning of a multimodal greenfield industrial platform dedicated to mineral resource recovery, recycling, and rail logistics. Contributed to the strategic redesign of the project to align the infrastructure with evolving industrial and commercial objectives. Redesigned site logistics, material flow concepts, traffic circulation, and energy infrastructure to support long-term operational requirements. Developed and defended innovative technical solutions with regulatory authorities and key stakeholders. Led engineering studies, tendering processes, contract awards, and construction activities.
