- Conducting the end-to-end payroll process, including payroll transaction processing, reconciliation and reporting. - Responsible for the delivery of HR and benefits administration including leave and absence management for France region. - Handling inquiries of employees and managers regarding HR company policies and practices, benefits and payroll. - Providing administrative support, including addendums to contracts, certificates of employment and other documentation in relation to the employee life-cycle. - Providing HR tool (Workday) navigation support for Managers and colleagues. - Improving current processes and make work more efficient. - Implementing new payroll system (ADP GlobalView): setting up rules according to the French labour code, collective bargaining agreement and internal agreements, testing and giving feedback, continuous improvement of the tool after the Go live. - Software: Workday, ADP GlobalView, ServiceNow, ADP Decidium, ADP Zadig
- Provide end to end HR query resolution to stakeholders in a high quality, timely and effective manner within assigned regions. - Assist and resolve employees and HRBPs’ issues/requests: running and scheduled reports, manage employment contracts and employees’ documents, induction, time and attendance, benefits administration, medical check-up, data entry, filing. - Maintain a thorough awareness and understanding of the global and local Biogen and HR Operations processes, policies, products and services.
