Hi there, welcome! 👋🏼 I'm Mathieu and I'm an early career recruiter at Datadog. I do my job (which is more a vocation than a job) with a lot of passion and dedication. I care deeply about the candidates, my internal and external partners, and I'm always thinking about how to build bridges between the academic and corporate worlds. I like reading (articles, academic papers...), researching and writing about multiple topics, often close to campus hiring and company culture. I'm also particularly interested in specific topics such as talent density and the French Grandes Ecoles landscape. When not working, I have a French bulldog, Pokko, who takes up a big part of my time (most of it spent telling him to stop doing silly things). Otherwise I'm a big fan of The Office, I also love traveling and discovering new music, as long as there's a good guitar riff in there. The Campus Recruiting team is building a world-class campus program that offers a one-of-a-kind opportunity for graduates at all academic levels.
I continued what I was doing before, but with a broader scope, to draft what could be a global campus approach because the work we have done on the French market has not gone unnoticed in other countries. I left the company to keep learning, keep being challenged and intellectually stimulated.
I led the team (4 people) responsible for delivering a recruitment plan of 500 tech and business interns and apprentices for our offices in France. Worked on high-impact projects to take our campus program to the next level and establish Worldline as an employer of choice.
I was responsible for hiring interns and apprentices (high volume, ~250 hires per year). Revamped the campus program and worked on projects that contributed to structuring Worldline's campus approach.
