• Mobilize a multi-disciplinary team in accordance with the organization’s vision and budget to support over 2 000 members in the implementation of the best practices for sustainable development regarding water, air, climate change, energy, waste, soil, groundwater and biodiversity. • Ensure high-quality technical content of the conferences, programs and publications of the association. • Lead strategic mandates to catalyze innovative solutions towards a sustainable society in collaboration with policy-makers and specialists. • Develop mutually beneficial partnerships on a national and international level with public, private, academic and non-profit organizations.
• Teach ''Water Distribution Systems'' and ''Water and Sanitation Infrastructure Maintenance Management'' graduate courses. • Lead master level research projects on water and infrastructure sustainable management.
• Develop, implement and evaluate the 2019-2025 Quebec Water Efficiency Strategy. • Direct the negotiations of mutually beneficial agreements and facilitate information sharing with more than 30 municipal, provincial, federal and non-governmental stakeholders nationally and internationally. • Mobilize a team of 10 employees in accordance with government vision to support 800 municipalities in the implementation of best practices for sustainable management of water and infrastructures. • Lead the production and review of relevant documents, reports and research projects on water audit, water conservation, education program, social media, building code revision, water loss control, infrastructure condition assessment, services cost, services financing and water/sanitation governance. • Give over 40 conferences, training workshops, outreach activities and media interviews with diverse audiences nationally and internationally. • Represent Quebec on the Board of Directors of the American Water Works Association. • Represent the Quebec government on the National Water Efficiency Committee of the Canadian Water and Wastewater Association. • Represent Canada on the Water Loss Specialist Group of the International Water Association. • Expert reviewer for the International Water Association journals.

Inspect the St. Lawrence Seaway movable bridges, fixed bridges, locks and docks to assure that the waterway remains a safe and well-managed system, which it shares with its American counterpart
Initiate follow-up actions on several civil engineering projects simultaneously to ensure proper operations on the field.
