Key responsabilities: - Oversee and lead the day-to-day operations of a highly collaborative and innovative Performance and Analytics unit in all teams at the club (30+ people). - Create the performance and analytics strategy, driving the evolution of the performance system of the club to deliver sustainable on-pitch performance. - Support the MD Sport and Head of Scouting for all players scouting needs (data reports, players research based on pre-defined criteria, process optimization). - Lead and develop a professional, high-performing team to ensure the effective, efficient and economic delivery of performance and support programs. - Define seasonal budgets and allocate resources effectively - Partner with the Head Coach of each team to create the performance strategy and translate to the coaching philosophy. - Develop and implement the club innovation and R&D strategy across all functions. - Create a network of external relationships (universities, high-tech companies, sports industry, etc) to stay up front of scientific knowledge and expertise.
Key responsibilities: - Design and implement the Club's Research and Innovation strategy, in line with the overall strategy. - Manage the ecosystem and the portfolio of associated projects. - Build and develop the Club's capacities in terms of internal Innovation, based on education, co-ideation and co-creation programs. Engage operational staff on innovation projects. - Where appropriate, to oversee the resources allocated to Research and Innovation Projects. - Supervise the research programs of the PhDs students in order to align their work with the Club's objectives. - Report progress and actions to the Top management based on ad hoc KPIs.
Key responsibilities - Design the research strategy of the Club and manage the portfolio of projects. - Develop national and international collaboration with A-class universities (France, USA, Australia, NZ). - Manage MSc and PhDs students (4 PhDs) in areas such as training periodisation, training load management and data science. - Secure grants and funds for the department (CIFRE, CIR, French grants, European H2020; >250K/y). - Co-found events related to research and performance: Striving for Excellence 2018 & 2019 (with Aspetar) and PSG Sports Analytics Challenge (with Ecole Polytechnique).
Key responsibilities - Deliver data-driven processes designed to improve athletic performance and reduce injury risk by applying a knowledge base of human performance measurement and sports injury diagnosis. - (re)Design of all performance reports using Tableau Software and R Stats. - Research in Elite soccer (Elite athlete fatigue monitoring, training load monitoring, tactical periodisation, injury prevention...) - Internal communication and Communication in Peer review journal and international congress.
Consulting to support team and athletes on the following topics : - Strength and conditioning. - Workload management. - Performance analysis. - Performance and Fatigue monitoring. - Sport sciences.

Head Strength and conditioning coach for U19's French Academy et U20's team. Key responsibilities - Design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of all strength and conditioning programs of U19's National Academy and U20's team. - Monitoring load, recovery and performance including the use and interpretation of the most up to date physical training monitoring tools such as Computer software, GPS, Heart Rate to ensure peak performance. - Involved in the following major tournaments : o IRB Junior World Cup 2010 to 2016 - 2015 (Semi-Finalist) o RBS Junior Six Nation's Tournament 2010 to 2016 - 2014 (Gran Slam) o South Africa U19's Tour 2012, 2013. Sports Scientist - Research and Development Department.
