My team of Solutions Architects helps you in your digital transformation, with technology, process improvement and people enablement. They bring together their deep technical expertise on AWS cloud, artificial intelligence, data management, machine learning, IoT, HPC, security, devops, their business knowledge on Public Sector (healthcare, education, local government, national security, ...) and their experience of change management to help you start and accelerate your cloud adoption. My role is leading and developing this amazing team, helping each individual to learn, grow, deliver results and evolve.
My team of Solutions Architects helps Public Sector customers in France in their digital transformation, with technology implementation, process improvement and people enablement. They bring together their deep technical expertise on AWS cloud, data management, GenAI & Machine Learning, IoT, HPC, security, devops, their business knowledge on Public Sector (healthcare, education, local government, national security, ...) and their experience of change management to help start and accelerate cloud adoption at any scale. My main role is leading and developing this amazing team, helping each individual to learn, grow, deliver results and evolve.
Digital plan for education – technology and resources deployment in 3000 schools Innovation incubator (link with academic research, ed-tech enterprises) : creation of “internal start-up” IT modernization (devOps, API strategy, cloud) Rescuing of a major IT project (>300 M€), Installation of important event management (national exams, competition, start of a new school year) Institutional representation of the Ministry about digital development in education 200 IT people in my team ; animation of more than 2000 IT person in 30 locations in France 300M€ investment budget; Social dialogue with teachers and IT people Dialogue with parents representatives.
Creation of the new directorate State IT strategy framework, Enterprise architecture at a State-scale, IAM strategy as a first component of a “government as a platform” Internal audit and consulting for main IT projects in ministries Technical recommendations about opensource, videoconference, workspace, digital archiving…

24/7 IT operations : network infrastructures (WAN IP & radio), national systems (ID cards & passports databases, driving license, car registration documents, security databases for Police : border control, fugitives database). - Merger between Police & Gendarmerie systems - Service offering to state agencies involved into national security systems - ITIL implementation with automation tools, new service catalogue ; - Outsourcing of an official document factory, HR & social accompaniment Management of 300 people Supervision of main sensitive operations: national elections, security radio networks for official summit meetings.
