Senior construction and installation professional with 25 years of experience in hydro turbine and generator projects, spanning field execution, site leadership, and global installation expertise. I spent the first part of my career on construction sites as a Site Supervisor and Site Manager, leading turbine and generator installations and managing teams in demanding site environments. Over the past 10 years, I have transitioned into an, office‑based role, where I lead site management teams, support installation strategy, and act as a technical reference for site execution across projects. I bring international experience, having worked with multiple organizational units and project teams worldwide. A key part of my role is bridging engineering and construction, supporting design teams to optimize designs for constructability, reduce installation risk, and save time at site through installation‑friendly solutions. I have managed teams of Site Managers and Supervisors, with a strong focus on HSE excellence, site planning, and execution readiness. My approach combines hands‑on field experience with structured planning and continuous improvement, ensuring safe, efficient, and predictable project delivery. I am particularly passionate about HSE management, site organization, and constructability‑driven design, and about transferring field knowledge back into engineering to continuously improve project outcomes.
