About

Experience

  • Ph.D. Candidate at ONERA - The French Aerospace Lab

Study and optimization of injection and mixing in an Hydrogen-Air Rotating Detonation Combustor

  • Test Bench Design Project at ONERA - The French Aerospace Lab

Took part in a team project to design a test bench aiming to study the abrasion of aircraft fuselage. ▪ Client research that led to this test project of a study (500k€) which is itself a preparation for a DGA and Dassault initiative (1.5M€). ▪ Proposed a motorization system architecture of the test bench. ▪ Took the lead for the communication within and outside the team.

  • Kinematic Analysis Intern at Pellenc Group

Improved the design tools and processes of an agricultural machinery manufacturer. ▪ Built up an advanced mastery of a kinematic analysis software in autonomy to make design processes faster and more reliable. ▪ Took advantage of the software to design vibrating mechanisms. ▪ Created a precise, detailed and pedagogical learning tool to transfer the knowledge of the software to the future design office members.

  • Manufacturing Processes Engineer at Pratt & Whitney Canada

Coordinated 4 teams of manufacturing specialists for a new production line implementation of 100 000 engine components/year. ▪ Designed fixture systems and optimized tooling cost. ▪ Hosted a technical workshop to select the production line machines and architecture. ▪ Supported production with Milling cutting tools defects investigations, EDM machine certification and Laser Drilling process validation.

  • Automation and Robotics Integration Intern at Pratt & Whitney Canada

Operated automated robots for turbine disks and compressor rotors manufacturing lines. ▪ Integrated a new gripper feature and resolved quality challenges to increase production pace. ▪ Optimized the robot’s precision with test programs and methods. ▪ Supported and intervened on machines and robot controllers.

  • Material Science Intern at Thales

Studied the accelerated corrosion aging of commercial aircraft pressure probes under operational conditions. ▪ Described the corrosion phenomena undergone by the probes and provided test suggestions based on articles, studies and reports. ▪ Exhibited the results and presented the aging test recommendations in front of experts and newcomers of the company. ▪ Designed and conducted a thermal behavior study of the probes.
