A1 Digital, a 100% subsidiary of A1 Telekom Austria Group, drives the Group’s cloud, security, and IoT strategy - shaping and executing its propositions across all markets. Beyond that, A1 Digital expands the Group’s footprint in Western Europe, with dedicated focus on Germany, Switzerland, and Spain. In my role, I am responsible for building and scaling the Cloud business since day 1 - developing innovative services, ensuring competitive performance, and supporting customers on their journey to digital transformation.
Leading the Azure, Application & Data Platform and Data Center Solution Sales teams. Built an extended Cloud & Enterprise team – together with Marketing & Operations, Consulting Services and Partners – and thereby significantly improved collaboration within the subsidiary to successfully execute on our One Microsoft vision. Taking initiative and ownership to lead the transformation (“new business” ownership, re-building teams, account/deal-based planning, consistent and effective implementation of deal close plans and cloud consumption plans, ...). Optimizing compelling value propositions for focus portfolio items (high volume B2B cloud services). Enablement and support of account teams. Supporting partners with their cloud transformation.
Leading the Application & Data Platform and Azure Solution Sales team - during the broader introduction of Azure on the Austrian market. Transformed the team by hiring high-performing talents and continuously fostering team development (team vision, prioritization, collaboration). Actively coaching and supporting Sales Teams to produce tangible business outcomes with complex solution deals. Building and fostering robust partnerships to scale the business through partners. Close collaboration with Finance, Marketing and Sales Operations in planning, controlling and monthly/quarterly reporting.
