Curiosity, creativity, and responsibility have shaped my path so far – from growing up in a family-owned pharmacy to contributing to cultural projects with national visibility. I thrive at the intersection of business, innovation, and culture, where I combine analytical thinking with creative problem-solving. Currently, I am pursuing my Bachelor in Business and Economics at WU Vienna, specializing in Entrepreneurship & Innovation and Change Management. My studies are complemented by an exchange semester at Singapore Management University, where I deepened my knowledge in design thinking, marketing, and carbon markets. Professionally, I bring a broad portfolio of experiences: - As Content Manager for OÖ KulturEXPO – Anton Bruckner 2024, I coordinated with over 200 organizers of more than 600 events, developed a central visitor statistics system, and prepared cultural data for both online platforms and print programs. - In my current role as Content Manager for communale OÖ – Bauernkrieg 2026, I am co-developing the event website, integrating a complex calendar system, and coordinating stakeholders to ensure a smooth digital rollout. - As Event Coordinator for communale oö in 2022 and 2023, I acted as the key interface between project management, artists, and audiences, gaining valuable insights into cultural event management and stakeholder communication. - In the family-owned Stadtapotheke Eferding & Rizy’s Concept Store, I contributed from an early age: supporting operations during COVID-19, developing two websites, managing procurement, and later leading digital marketing initiatives such as newsletters and online channels. - Beyond business and culture, I also bring five years of experience in editorial design and layout. For the journal Cursor of Amici Linguae Latinae, I managed the layout process, and in 2024 I redesigned the magazine for its 20th anniversary. These diverse experiences taught me how to adapt quickly, manage projects with precision, and align different perspectives – from local communities to international partners. I am particularly passionate about digital transformation in cultural and healthcare organizations, as well as innovative approaches in entrepreneurship and change management. Looking ahead, I aim to continue bridging the gap between tradition and innovation – whether in business, culture, or technology.
As Content Manager for the communale OÖ – Bauernkrieg 2026, I work closely with the marketing team to design and implement the official event website. At the beginning of the project, I co-developed the website concept with a colleague and supported its realization in close collaboration with our external agency. My current focus is the integration of the event calendar into the website, which requires coordination with a wide range of stakeholders. Drawing on my experience from the OÖ KulturEXPO Anton Bruckner 2024, I was able to provide valuable insights to optimize processes and ensure a smooth technical and organizational setup. Once the website goes live, I will be responsible for coordinating the online event calendar, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency. This role requires ongoing collaboration with internal teams as well as external project partners, strengthening my expertise in digital content management, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional project work.
Since October 2023, I have focused primarily on digital marketing and communications, with a workload of 10 hours per week alongside my studies. My responsibilities include maintaining the pharmacy’s online channels, preparing and distributing a monthly newsletter featuring health tips and promotions and continuously updating the website to reflect current campaigns. Additionally, I provide occasional technical and operational support during on-site visits, ensuring smooth coordination between digital communication and daily operations. This role allows me to combine healthcare-related content with digital marketing strategies, strengthening the pharmacy’s outreach and customer engagement.
During my bachelor studies in Vienna, I continued to support the pharmacy and concept store with a hybrid work model of approximately 10 hours per week. Remotely, I was responsible for maintaining and updating websites, analyzing stock data, and entering new products into the digital system. On-site, I contributed to quality control, administrative processes, and assisted in operational tasks whenever required. This combination of remote and in-person responsibilities improved my ability to manage projects independently, coordinate with staff at a distance, and maintain reliable workflows across digital and physical environments. It also allowed me to build strong problem-solving skills, particularly in the areas of technical troubleshooting and process efficiency.
In this period, I focused on expanding and professionalizing the operations of Rizy’s Concept Store, while continuing to support pharmacy activities. My responsibilities included identifying new brands, purchasing products at international trade fairs in Munich and Paris, receiving and labeling merchandise, and ensuring proper inventory documentation. I developed and implemented a naming system that simplified article management in the POS system, improving efficiency and accuracy. I was also responsible for leading the store’s annual stocktaking and warehouse reorganization. This role enhanced my competencies in procurement, inventory management, and process optimization, while providing valuable exposure to retail operations and brand management.
Since 2020, I have been responsible for the layout and design of Cursor. Sprache. Kultur. Europa, an annual magazine with a circulation of around 750 copies and a length of approximately 100 pages. My tasks include close coordination with the editorial team, ensuring that each issue meets both aesthetic and content standards. In 2024, I led the redesign for the 20th anniversary issue, creating a new visual identity for the magazine.
As Content Manager for the OÖ KulturEXPO – Anton Bruckner 2024, I was responsible for collecting, verifying, and preparing event information in close collaboration with more than 200 local, national, and international organizers. In total, I managed data and communication for over 600 cultural events, ensuring accurate and timely online presentation. This role required a high degree of independence, responsibility, and strong communication and coordination skills. Over time, I also took charge of managing the central visitor statistics system for the entire KulturEXPO. To support this, I designed and maintained a powerful Excel-based tool that consolidated all events and provided detailed evaluations and insights. This work demanded not only technical proficiency but also the ability to coordinate effectively with stakeholders and present data in a clear and accessible way.
As Event Coordinator for communale oö Peuerbach 2023, I built on my previous experience from Eferding 2022 and took on expanded responsibilities. My tasks included coordinating venues, supporting artists, and providing visitor guidance and assistance. In addition, I was actively involved in set-up and dismantling activities and played a key role in the organizational support of the exhibition “Kosmos. Neue Welten.” Compared to my earlier role, I assumed greater responsibility in the coordination of artistic and logistical processes, ensuring smooth communication between project management, artists, and the public. Drawing on my prior experience, I was able to work more independently, contribute to decision-making, and support the production team with technical and organizational tasks when required.
