About

I am a strategy and business development executive with more than 18 years of international experience driving transformation and growth. My career has spanned the energy and industrial sectors, where I have focused on building new business models, developing partnerships, and creating structures that turn complex challenges into tangible results. Throughout my career, I have focused on building and scaling new business areas at the intersection of technology, strategy, and commercialization. I have built organizations from the ground up, led multi-disciplinary teams, and initiated and shaped partnerships and large-scale projects with investment volumes ranging from €300 million to €2 billion, from early-stage concept through pre-FID maturity. My strength lies in connecting strategic vision with operational execution: defining where a business should go, setting up the right structures and teams, and aligning commercial, technical, and regulatory elements to make progress tangible. I bring a combination of strategic depth and entrepreneurial agility, developed through roles in both complex corporate environments and agile, results-driven organizations. As a leader, I believe in empowering teams and creating the framework that enables people to take ownership, innovate, and deliver results. My approach to transformation is pragmatic: I focus on measurable impact, clear priorities, and the development of high-performing, collaborative cultures. I am passionate about the energy transition and about designing resilient, future-oriented value chains across hydrogen and low-carbon solutions. I am equally interested in how emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence will redefine decision-making, competitiveness, and the pace of transformation in the years ahead.
