With over two decades of experience in various R&D departments within the foodindustry, I have honed my expertise from my beginnings as a Chemical Engineer in new product development to my current role leading a Corporate R&D group of over 70professionals. My career has evolved through a deepening engagement with product and process development, fostering a seamless interaction with engineering and manufacturing teams. At present, I am at the forefront of advanced technologies and process development, steering strategic decisions as an integral member of various leadership committees, and investment committees.
