I am Mathias Heider, if you would like to reach me email me at [email protected]. I have degrees in Mathematics Economics and Computer Science. I am primarily interested in data science, machine learning, and high-performance computing and the interjection of these subjects.I have previously worked at University of Delaware, Emory University and Duke University on different research projects.
Worked on the Performance team to optimize and enhance high-performance computing applications and infrastructure. Leveraging Kibana and Elasticsearch platforms to process and analyze performance data, leading to the creation of insightful visualizations that facilitated better decision-making and performance improve- ments.
Working in the Computational Research and Programming Laboratory (CRPL) under Dr. Chandrasekaran on Nemours Rare Disease Machine Learning Project
Worked using Residual Neural Networks (RNNs) and Hamiltonian Inspired Neural Networks (HINN) under Dr. Deepanshu Verma and Dr. Lars Ruthotto to predict the dynamics of ordinary differential equations (ODEs)
Worked in the Brinson Lab under Dr.Catherine Brinson on the Materials Genome Initiative (NanoMine Data Curation)
