I am passionate about helping people, teams, and organizations grow by unlocking potential, building capability, and creating the conditions for lasting success. My career began +25 years ago in HR and has evolved into leadership development, people leadership, executive coaching, and strategic capability building. Throughout my journey with global organizations including IKEA, E.ON, and Sony Ericsson, I have led teams, driven transformation, developed leaders, and helped organizations strengthen their ability to adapt and thrive. Today, as Learning Capability Leader and ICF Certified Coach (ACC), I work at the intersection of business needs, leadership, and organizational growth. My focus is on ensuring learning capabilities (data, tech, processes, professional competence for learning) evolve alongside business ambitions, enabling organizations to build the skills, mindsets, and leadership needed to succeed in a changing world. A common thread throughout my career has been helping people recognize their potential, build confidence, and create meaningful impact. I believe great leadership is about enabling others to succeed, fostering trust, and creating environments where people can grow, contribute, and perform at their best.
