Mathew plans to grow the Canadian office rapidly to ensure Mackenzie Stuart has a firm presence in the region. As well as having day to day responsibility for running the Toronto office, Mathew has global responsibility for both Mackenzie Stuart’s Mining, Manufacturing and Consumer Packaged Goods (FMCG) practices. Personally Mathew specialises in director & C-level retained executive search campaigns and is the partner of choice for several high profile clients in both the Mining and CPG industries. Mathew is one of the highest grossing consultants in Mackenzie Stuart’s history and has also nurtured several high achieving consultants throughout his tenure. He has a service over sales approach and a genuine enthusiasm and passion for Executive Search. Mathew originally started his career in hospitality, spending six years with Ramada hotels culminating in the appointment to Operations Manager of the group’s largest event hotel before a change to executive search. A graduate in Forensic Science, Mathew is originally from Leeds in the UK
