Promoted to Managing Director with full P&L, Operational and Strategic Planning responsibilities over 3 separate operating entities in the US and Canada. Responsible for developing and implementing a 10 year strategic growth plan for all entities under my remit inclusive of the Decentralization and Relocation of the North American HQ from Atlanta GA to Houston TX and refocusing of the core business units. The 10yr Growth plan included all CAPEX requirements, Organizational Development & Planning, Operational Development, Safety and Quality Program Development, Identification and Planning of Growth Objectives including Target Geographies, Customers and Industries, Employee Retention & Development Program, Redevelopment of the Inventory base and reengineering of the Ringlock product for North American Market. Achievements - Achieved Zero Recordable Incidents and a TRIR of 0.0 during my remit. - +40% Annual Growth Rate for 4 consecutive years. - Increased Profitability by +35% - Increased assets on rent by 600% - Increased Asset Utilization from 42% to 80% - Development of industry leading, motivated team who is reshaping the Ringlock Scaffolding supply industry. - Championed and assisted in the development and introduction of new innovative products and services allowing AT-PAC to create a market leading position and key differentiator. - Opened new market Segments including Maritime Industry, Commercial Construction and Major Events - Developed and Executed an industry first consolidated, direct scaffold rental supply model to the world largest O&G manufacturer and was able to replicate successfully with other facility owners. - Lead BD efforts and awards for 30 plus major project awards including an EPC Direct rental supply award for a major LNG construction facility in Port Arthur TX. - Lead the re-development and commercialization strategy for the proprietary Scaffold Management Software, Hi-Vis.
As the director of operations of GSS, I am responsible for the global business day to day operational leadership, including bid submission/estimation, project start up, execution and close out as well as overseeing and setting the direction of the home office support group in Houston to drive successful business and project outcomes.
