• Total vehicle engineering change coordinator (engineering/DCN - Design Change Notice) for all models produced in Brazil. Responsible for communicating and controlling the introduction date of new DCNs across all areas; • Change Control representative for the segmentation project, that reduced 30% of lead-time, for items that needed import license; • SAP key user of Quality/Engineering area.
• Responsible for including, standardize and track all BMW Plant launch project (MS Project). • Create and report biweekly, launch project status for management committee. • Pricing adjustment for tryout parts releasing inside SAP.
• Support the implementation of Project Management Office Area (PMO) on all plants; • Corporate PMO, using PMI/PMBOK methodology, supported by MS Project software; • Develop, execute, and manage the Global Operations Meeting event, which took place in Brazil, during 2012, and had the goal of defining the future for the PMO area, at a global scale.
