- Lead end-to-end recruitment for diverse and global business positions: Commercial, Marketing, Product, and Corporate - including executive roles; - Ensure the best candidate experience through transparency and timely follow-up; - Collaborate closely with hiring managers and Business Partners to better understand their hiring needs, providing influence and support as an advisor; - Establish close and meaningful relationships with key cross-functional stakeholders, such as Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Third-Party Agencies; - Conduct actions/training for hiring managers and other relevant audiences; - Manage the homologation process and contracts of agencies and suppliers, both locally and internationally; - Oversee Young Talent and other Talent Attraction Projects; - Manage SLA and KPIs through Greenhouse and TalentWall (Site Admin level).
- Development of Talent Acquisition strategies; - Acting as the focal point of all Engineering area projects; - Active market mapping for strategic positions in different areas; - Project management focused on diversity and inclusion; - Acting as a reference in the best practices for the TA team, such as hunting strategies and tools trainings; - KPI's management and SLA control; - Working together with hiring managers, influencing decisions and promoting insights for a better conduct of processes; - Participation in agile methodology squads, projects within Talent Acquisition and other transversal areas.
Beyond the previous activities as a Talent Sourcer, also served as the Focal Point for all APAC positions: - Leading end to end recruitment for Commercial, Corporate, Marketing and Product; - Ensuring the best candidate experience through transparency and timely follow-up; - Working aside with hiring managers and Business Partners to better comprehend their hiring needs, influencing and supporting decisions as advisor; - Establishing close and meaningful relationship with different key cross-functional stakeholders, such as Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management and Third Party Agencies; Additionally, actively participated in various projects: - Design and process improvement through Greenhouse's CRM (ATS); - Construction of the company's first Sourcing dashboard, alongside with the Analytics team; - Creation and presentation of the first "Ultimate Candidate Experience Guide", to support recruiters with hiring best practices in Mexico, USA and China (three priority regions of the company at the moment); - Development of an EBANX's introductory material, to be shared with partner agencies and candidates from different countries where EBANX has limited reach and awareness.
Joined the Talent Attraction team with the mission to structure a Sourcing area, supporting the Commercial vertical's Global Projects by developing a solid pipeline of A-players, conducting market mapping to generate business value, performing hiring analysis, enhancing employer branding, and eventually running projects end-to-end. Main activities acting as Sourcer focused on the Commercial area: - Working with global positions: South, Latin, Central and North Americas, EMEA and APAC; - Continuous search for candidates from diverse communities, enhancing sourcing strategies; - Usage of advanced searching tools and techniques to perform hunting processes (platforms, extensions, benchmarking and Boolean search); - Tracking the pipeline of each position, keeping candidates and the recruitment process heated; - Strong focus on the candidate experience during the Sourcing process and following steps; - Structuring relevant metrics about our operation, such as approach, conversions, and hiring rates.
