I work at the intersection of Talent Acquisition and People & Culture, supporting managers in building effective teams and making better hiring decisions. Over the past few years, I’ve delivered end-to-end recruitment processes for IT and business roles, partnering closely with hiring managers and contributing to building teams from scratch. Alongside recruitment, I have also worked as a People & Culture Partner, supporting managers in employee-related topics, onboarding, and development. What I enjoy most is working close to the business – understanding real needs, building talent pipelines, and finding practical solutions that go beyond standard HR processes. I’m currently focused on growing towards roles that combine recruitment, HR partnership, and employee development, where I can have a real impact on both people and business outcomes.
