With over 15 years of experience in the automotive industry, I currently serve as the Director of International Sales at SEHON Innovative Lackieranlagen GmbH, where I lead the development of global sales operations, leveraging strong interpersonal skills and executive-level management expertise. Formerly the CEO of Prowotech Polska, my mission has always been to build long-lasting client relationships and drive innovation that delivers measurable business results. In parallel, I am the President of the Management Board of EV Solutions Sp. z o.o. and the President of the Management Board of eProtection Sp. z o.o., where I oversee the development and implementation of advanced safety, infrastructure, and technology solutions for modern automotive workshops across Europe — including a unique detailing program for automotive service centers and car dealerships. While I specialize in opening new markets and managing high-performing teams across diverse cultural environments, my core area of expertise lies in workshop infrastructure safety. From system design and safety standardization to the implementation of cutting-edge protective solutions, I focus on creating secure, compliant, and future-ready service environments. At SEHON, we integrate these values into every international collaboration, reinforcing a culture of innovation and technological responsibility. I am also the co-founder of ESAM – the European Association of Asian Automotive Markets, which fosters strategic cooperation and market development across Europe, and the co-founder of the Polish EV Safety Group, an initiative dedicated to establishing the highest safety standards for electric vehicle handling in workshops across Poland and Europe.
