Responsible for large Corporate (Engineering/Science) accounts and Universities in the DACH Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) . My role is to drive discovery of engineering information needs with high-level stakeholders in Corporate and Academic accounts in DACH. After discovery, I suggest a possible solution from our portfolio: Knovel, Engineering Village and Geofacets. I am responsible for every stage of the sales process, from account discovery to presentation and commercial negotiation. I help my clients save time&money using our solutions and contribute directly to the business growth of Elsevier.
Responsible for large Corporate (Engineering/Science) accounts and Universities in the DACH Region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) and in the Southern Europe Region (Italy, France, Spain, Israel). My main role is to drive the customer adoption of the products from the engineering portfolio in Elsevier: Knovel, Geofacets and Engineering Village. I make sure customers understand the value proposition of our products and am able to demonstrate all the ins-and-outs of the solution to an expert user, engaging in feature-by-feature comparisons against alternatives. I strive to understand the researcher workflow and engineering-specific needs in order to justify the use case for our products. My main duties and responsibilities include: • Drive successful implementation and adoption of the products at customers in West Europa territory. • I am a trusted advisor to the customer by providing in-depth product training, support and guidance directly aligned to the specific research workflow and objectives of the customer. • Uncover cross sell and upsell opportunities at the account and support the account team with the preparation of tailored renewal value stories, including demonstration of product value and ROI. I work with following people to achieve my goals: • Work closely together with the Acc Mgr to ensure successful renewal. • Work with the Sales Mgr for a successful handover of the account and own the complete post-sales implementation process of the solution. • Work closely with the Global Customer Service teams to succesfully onboard new customers
