Provides overall management and definition of all IM activities for all Airbus Group entities located in East Asia territory. Organization - Accountable for recruitment, supervision, workforce planning, development, evaluation, and disciplinary actions of IM resources Governance - Builds and proposes an IM strategy and roadmap based on divisional local requirements that is consistent with the WWS strategy - Applies and enforces Airbus Group ICT standards - Accountable to ensure that local laws and regulations are adhered to - Ensures a consistent support model across all sites - Drives the local sourcing strategy for applications, tools, support and projects in line with EGP and central standards Security - Accountable to enforce the implementation of Airbus Group Security standards and policies for all sites Services - Responsible to ensure high-level service delivery to all divisions based on SLA and budget - Responsible to gather all business needs from divisional coordinators Finance - Responsible for the IM budget in collaboration with the WWS organizations and the local divisions - Responsible for Airbus Group ICT growth strategy and cost reduction initiatives
Responsible for all Airbus Helicopters Group IM activities in Asia Pacific including projects, support for core applications, enterprise systems and infrastructure integration. - Spearheaded a regional team spread in 13 countries and around 40 sites - Responsible to coordinate regional operating budget and portfolio management - Developed key relationships with local, regional and global executives to identify and leverage AH standard IM Solutions to meet current and future business needs - Orchestrated the engagement of a wide variety of cross-functional AH resources to effectively address the diverse deployment requirements of the region’s operating needs, including the deployment of a new subsidiaries or ERP systems (SAP B1, SAP AiO) - Served as the region’s representative to the AH IM community, integrating strategic plan for ongoing improvements of day-to-day AH IM operations
