Assigned to manage the day-to-day operations of MCST 2924, ensuring the estate is safe, well-maintained, and operates efficiently. Responsibilities include: • Oversee common property maintenance and building operations. • Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance works. • Manage and supervise service contractors, including security, housekeeping, landscaping, and maintenance contractors. • Communicate with tenants, addressing enquiries and coordinating maintenance and operational matters. • Ensure compliance with fire safety and statutory requirements. • Conduct routine site inspections and follow up on defects and maintenance issues. • Coordinate with contractors, service providers, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth estate operations.
Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of the nursing home's facilities to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Handled shift-based facility maintenance, performing preventive and corrective maintenance on M&E systems and building services. Conducted routine inspections, responded to maintenance requests and emergencies, provided ward support for Arjo patient hoists and nurse call systems, supervised contractors, and coordinated maintenance activities.
