Supporting Atlas Business Unit
Serve as the strategic HR partner to the leadership team and President, supporting all 115 employees across NA, EMEA, and APAC. Lead end-to-end HR strategy for global corporate functions, coaching leaders on complex employee relations, performance management, and organizational change to strengthen leadership capability and team effectiveness.
Supported ~280 associates across Operations, Finance, Legal, and IT, providing strategic HR guidance and serving as a trusted advisor on employee relations, conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions. Led organizational change initiatives during leadership transitions, ensuring smooth off-boarding, minimal operational disruption, and maintaining employee engagement and morale. Acted as the global engagement survey lead for all sites, driving participation, analyzing results, and delivering actionable insights to leadership to strengthen culture and inform people strategies.
Oversaw the development of ~45 global associates in the General Management Development Program (GMDP), providing tailored coaching, career guidance, and growth opportunities to cultivate a strong pipeline of future leaders. Partnered closely with HR and business leaders to manage global talent processes, including performance reviews, objective setting, and calibration sessions, resulting in a 38% increase in on-time completion. Designed and implemented initiatives to enhance associate engagement, drive skill development, and support career progression within the program, ensuring alignment with broader organizational talent strategies.
Developed and launched a global implementation strategy for new company training and recruitment processes within Employer Branding teams. Led strategies to restructure global company LinkedIn pages and redesign of Ford’s career page to ensure the company's global message was consistent and increased audience levels for advertising. Facilitated meetings with internal and external customers in the U.S. and internationally to understand gaps in current business strategies within Employer Branding.
