Massimo Nebuloni is a seasoned professional Production Manager with more than two decades of experience in the field of Performing Arts. His extensive background began at Milan’s La Scala where he earned a Master’s Degree in Production, Direction and Stage Management. He has worked extensively in opera houses and in tournée with many of the industry’s greatest artists, among them conductors Riccardo Muti, Lorin Maazel, Zubin Mehta. Since 2010, he has been Andrea Bocelli’s tour manager for all concerts worldwide. Massimo’s vast experience in Opera, Ballet and Symphonic music enables him to offer expert technical guidance in the coordination and strategy of all aspects of production, and performance. In his Management Consulting work, he provides full creative services to entertainers by bringing top industry professionals together with arts organizations, international agencies, foundations, universities and government institutions. He is highly skilled at coordinating and overseeing myriad performances that range from corporate events and festivals to large scale arena concerts. Recently, he has conducted educational workshops and lectures at universities both in Italy and in Brazil. Workshops: Producing and Creating music for today’s audiences. Production Management focuses on the elements and techniques needed for the successful execution of large-scale musical events. The workshop offers knowledge that ranges from how to design a concert program, to the organizational, managerial and technical skills needed to carry it to completion. This includes budget and expense management, a review of necessary technical equipment, venues, artists contracts, and logistics and management on tour. Nebuloni’s years of experience in the field can provide valuable guidance and insight into the professional world. Starting in 2007, Massimo has conducted workshops for Milan’s Teatro alla Scala’s Young Singers Academy as well as seminars and lectures oriented towards providing a “hands-on” learning experience for young people in locations that include the Arab Emirates, Romania, the Italian Cultural Institute in San Paolo Brazil and the State University of Milan, Italy.
