Rappresentanza: Rappresentare le istanze e le esigenze delle piccole imprese associate, portandole all'attenzione degli organi di Confindustria e delle istituzioni locali e regionali. As General Manager I have overall responsibility for the business within the new, spin-off organization Visia Lab srl. My duties and responsibilities cover a lot of ground, including typically: Oversee daily operations of the organization. Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business. Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports. Provide a direct management of the key functional managers. Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives. Ensure the overall delivery and Quality Policy of the Company Engage in key or targeted customer activities. Oversee key hiring and talent development programs. Evaluate and decide upon key investments in equipment, infrastructure, and talent together with the CEO/President. Communicate strategy and results to the unit's employees. Report key results to the Board Engage with key Board Members in broader organizational strategic planning. Ensure a general overlook to the company’s finance and accounting, operations, sales, marketing, human resources.
I lead the Laboratory Business as Vice President, covering the Company Marketing and Sales responsibility. In this role I take care also to HR management.
In my new role, I develop business and financial strategies for the Company, monitoring goals and adjusting policies to meet them, working closely with the President/CEO to ascertain goals, and advises about staffing and other organisational resources. Within my duties: To provide global direction for the Company by developing short-term and long-term financial and operational goals To work with the departmental managers and responsibles to implement plans and policies throughout the organisation To work with a team to monitor and track progress toward goals and measure analytics To analyse the company’s financial statements and other indicators of performance in order to assess standing and financial position To determine ways to reduce costs, increase revenues, and improve overall company performance To engage in high-level negotiations to generate lucrative contracts or build beneficial relationships with companies and individuals To represent the organisation at conferences, meetings, and trade shows or at regional or national events and to ensure highly productive relationships and partnerships for the benefit of the organization To maintain in-depth knowledge of the particular industry - Eye Care and Digital Imaging for the Clinical Lab, and liaise with specialised colleagues for expert advice on financial, legal, and regulatory issues To set the hiring goals and managing payroll budgets for the company To conferr with human resources staff to indicate the types of candidates who are preferred for job openings To motivate the staff, including setting objectives, recognizing achievements and establishing incentives such as bonus compensation
As Intl Product Manager I’m responsible for both product planning and product marketing. This includes managing the product throughout the product lifecycle, gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with the company suppliers, to deliver customized products. I also include working with marketing people from the Company’s Affiliates, to support them and to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. Finally I’m ensuring that the product and marketing efforts support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
