An amazing story-teller with a humanistic background and a strong passion for history, art and design, Massimo has nurtured his excellent designs skills while working for world-class design practices. His past experience as theatre actor enables Massimo to hone and develop design narratives with a touch of magic. As an Associate at Foster+Partners from 2008-2014, he contributed to the design of International renowned projects, curating both the interiors and the architecture. After the experience in Foster, he moved to work for Chapman Taylor as Associate Director. In the office he played an integral role in developing the design of numerous large-scale projects around the world, winning numerous commission for the office. Now a Design Director at LUPOIDESIGNSTUDIO, Massimo, is responsible for running the London office from where he is following several hospitality projects in Italy and the UK.

At F+P Massimo has been involved in international renowned projects such as the Sheikh Zayed Museum and Masdar City in Abu-Dhabi, following the design process from concept up to construction stages.
