As Head of Engineering my main responsibilities do include: - Act as Discipline Manager (Technical Authority) for areas of expertise; - Act as Discipline Manager for all Design Procedures and Engineering Standards; - Ensure that a robust cost and planning process is in place to develop and monitor both Capex and Opex. - Take Engineering Department decisions, within authority limits, in a fluid working environment; - Ensure services provided by the Engineering Department are suitably managed that they can be integrated and aligned with the Operations Director and C.O.O.
