I am a Senior HR and Operations leader with 23+ years of experience across Talent Supply Chain, Workforce Management, and business operations, working extensively across global markets including APAC, Europe, and the US. My background in industrial psychology and HR, combined with entrepreneurial experience, has helped me build a deep understanding of how talent strategies directly impact business growth, delivery, and operational efficiency. In my current role with UST Product Engineering, I drive workforce-led transformation, aligning HR, Talent Acquisition, and Workforce Management with delivery and business outcomes. My work focuses on building end-to-end talent supply chain models (hire → develop → deploy → utilize), improving utilization, capability, and decision-making through structured governance and analytics. Over the years, I have also built and scaled organizations, co-founded TalentPundits, and partnered with clients on HR and operations transformation initiatives, including: Talent strategy and workforce optimization Capability development and leadership pipeline programs Recruitment process design and efficiency improvement I am passionate about capability building and consulting, and have led multiple training and leadership interventions across organizations.
