I am a seasoned HR professional with experience in all the People & Culture life cycle, working in the high tech, media & consultancy industry for different Latinamerican countries. As CHRO as well as consultant, I have ensured that HR is viewed as a Business Partner that provides balance between the corporate requirements and employees expectations in terms of professional and personal development. I offer a unique mixture of HR and Business acumen which I have acquired through my involvement in business issues leading projects related with strategic plans to create value in people challenges.
