About

I am an Engineering Leader who specializes in building and providing leadership and strategic direction to organizations. I get and provide a lot of energy from assessing organizational needs and finding the right talent to meet those needs, as well as shaping the policies/procedures needed to help propel an organization forward while ensuring the quality standards are met. I ensure the products have the right amount of quality across multiple platforms in large and small infrastructures. I am outgoing, energetic, and believe in unwavering integrity. I have proven success in bridging the gap between technology and business with the ability to break down complex strategies and inspire internal and external parties to align themselves appropriately. I build, mentor, motivate high performance teams, and bring my teams to success. I enjoy taking chaos and making order out it. I have the unique ability to do a deep dive into the details while at the same time focusing on the people and helping them grow and thrive in the correct positions. My enthusiasm is contagious, my leadership qualities are strategic, honest, and pragmatic, and I infuse fun along the way.
