As a Time to Think Teacher, Coach and Facilitator, I offer people a safe space, where bold and confident thinking can emerge. A space where clarity and focus leads to better decision-making. I’m fascinated by what happens when we change how we listen, to each other and to ourselves. I love offering others the chance to experience how generative listening liberates thinking and can open up possibilities. Through my own experience of being in a Thinking Environment® , I realised I wanted to work in a different way and it led me to leave my job and to train as a Time To Think Coach and Facilitator, and later to qualify as a Time to Think Teacher and Consultant, authorised to run accredited Time To Think Programmes. On these Programmes, people learn about the conditions that enable fresh perspectives and ideas, learn how to create an environment for rigorous thinking, where breakthroughs can happen and experience practical techniques they can apply in a range of settings. As a Facilitator, I use the Thinking Environment® framework help groups and teams accessing the highest quality thinking from people individually and collectively, so that they can resolve complex issues, tackle challenges, find and implement sustainable solutions. As a Coach, I provide a space where people can think clearly and confidently for themselves and find their own answers, encouraged by my generative attention and incisive questions. My career experience at senior level in HR and operational roles, combined with expertise as an Organisational Consultant, has given me a real understanding of the challenges faced by people leading and working in teams and organisations. As well as my accreditation as a Time to Think Consultant, Coach and Facilitator, I am a trained Mediator and a Chartered Fellow of CIPD. I have a MSc in Organisational Behaviour (TCD), an MA in Public Management (IPA) and Diplomas in Employment Law (King’s Inns) and Executive Coaching (IMI). I am accredited in delivery of Roche Martin’s Emotional Capital Report (360). I run accredited Time to Think Programmes where you can experience how to create a Thinking Environment and discover what unlocks clear and courageous thinking. Experiencing the conditions and behaviours of a Thinking Environment, you can learn practical ways to transform meetings and conversations into productive, empowering experiences, and you will also have time to think for yourself about what matters most to you. I offer one-to-one Coaching, where you can think things through for yourself, in a safe space where you can discover your own answers, breakthrough what's holding you back and figure out how to make progress. As a Facilitator, I use the Thinking Environment framework to enable groups and teams think well together, using an approach that helps them connect and collaborate, think afresh, get unstuck, solve problems.
