As part of HERE Open Location Platform: • deploy & maintain the clusters and related services; • provide multi-cloud-capabilities, multi-region-support and self-service development; • develop services/tools allowing engineers to rapidly build and scale the kubernetes-based delivery platform.
Support internal and external projects: • support Unix and Windows operation systems; • experience in virtual infrastructure AWS platforms; • configuration environment with configuration management tools; • setup continuous integration system; • adjustment automation testing system; • releasing applications on different environment; • 24x7 application support.
Responsibilities: • monitoring of active services; • registration and processing incidents; • detection, primary processing and escalation questions of network equipment failures; • users support; • adjustment of workplaces of employees (installation and configuration of software, connect peripherals, etc.).
