I am NACE (AMPP) certified and I have been working in the Catholic protection field since 2007. Recently, I have expanded my expertise to include Vapor Corrosion Inhibitors (VCI), alongside my extensive experience in cathodic protection systems. I have designed and implemented several VCI-based corrosion protection projects. With over 20 years of extensive experience in the cathodic protection field, I have had the opportunity to be involved in various petrochemical, refinery, transmission pipeline, jetties and platform projects. Throughout my career, I have successfully designed cathodic protection systems using sacrificial anodes and impressed current, acquired in various onshore and offshore Projects, demonstrating a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices. Beside the cathodic protection system, over the past year I have been working on VCI (Vaporized Corrosion Inhibitor) method in designing and preparing related technical documents. My experience includes: During FEED/EPC Projects: • Write Design Cathodic Protection Philosophy • Write Material Specification • Material Requisition • Write site and resistivity survey procedures • Perform Design Calculation Notes • Perform quantitative estimates for cathodic protection (Material Take Off) • Perform cathodic protection procurement and installation cost estimate • Assist supply services in the procurement of cathodic protection services and equipment • Perform Pre-Com/Com Procedures • Perform Erection Procedure • Participate in Technical Bid analysis of Material Suppliers and inspection, • Participate in providing of typical, general arrangement and schematic drawings, in coordination with CP specialized draftsmen • Participate in a site survey • Participate in the follow‐up of construction, Pre-comm and commissioning activities During the bid phase : Review and analysis of contract documents Clarifications to Client and Qualifications Writing of Conceptual design cathodic protection philosophy Evaluation of required material quantity Furthermore, I have a proven track record of teaching and consulting Catholic protection, where I have imparted my knowledge and expertise to others, fostering a culture of learning and growth within the organization.
