As a Kindergarten Lead Teacher in a Westpark Community Elementary public charter school, I cultivate a warm, structured, and inclusive classroom environment that promotes both academic excellence and emotional well-being. I lead instruction with a strong emphasis on early literacy, foundational math, and social-emotional learning, using differentiated strategies to meet the needs of all learners. I partner with families and colleagues to foster a classroom culture grounded in encouragement, curiosity, and confidence. I hold Ohio Certification in the Science of Reading, which equips me to deliver evidence-based literacy instruction that builds strong, capable, and lifelong readers.
A passionate educator whose responsible for taking on the duties of an absent teacher for the duration of a school year. I ensured keeping students engaged and on task, and safe. I carried out the lesson plans left by the teachers. Support and help was provided to students for success. I created a positive learning environment by leaving notes and feedback for the teachers. Most importantly, I maintained positive relationships with students, parents, and school personnel, and prepared a daily report for teachers about progress and any issues.

Facilitating meaningful conversations encouraging open dialogue about life, death, love, forgiveness, and any topic pertinent to the patient’s emotional and spiritual well-being, and offering spiritual guidance and coping strategies, helping patients and families find comfort and understanding during challenging times.
