Mary is an experienced Board and Committee Chair and NED of listed industrials, SOCs and NFPs. She has previous CEO experience in complex global industrial businesses with significant time on the ground in Asia and global responsibility. Over her career she has interacted with a wide variety of sectors including; manufacturing, chemical processing, distribution, mining services, packaging, forestry, resources, energy and renewables with a bent to operations. Formal tertiary qualifications to MBA level and FAICD. Extensive international strategic, non-financial risk, operational, R&D and governance expertise.
