Over her career she has interacted with a wide variety of sectors including; manufacturing, chemical processing, distribution, mining services, packaging, forestry, resources, energy and renewables with a bent to operations. Formal tertiary qualifications to MBA level and FAICD. Extensive international strategic, non-financial risk, operational, R&D and governance expertise. Strong track record of leading and growing industrial businesses through difficult economic and cultural challenges, with deep customer understanding, continually fostering innovation, and integrating acquisitions successfully.
Redox is an ASX300 global chemicals distribution business headquartered in Sydney with revenues over $1B. I worked with the organisation through the IPO process and chair the People and Safety Committee.

Leading the board of the The Infants Home to enable the organisation to grow our service delivery for children and families, particularly those in vulnerable circumstances to give "Each Child, Every Opportunity, Today and Tomorrow" Previously I was a director on this board from 2008 to 2015 and rejoined in Nov 2016.
