About

As Director of Health at Salzburg Global, my mission is to strengthen systems leadership that drives pro-equity change for health and wellbeing. Partnering with forward-thinking philanthropies and leaders around the world, I work to: • Equip leaders to recognize, navigate, and prepare for today’s “wicked” health challenges—and tomorrow’s emergent, often unpredictable ones • Inspire bold thinking by connecting people to innovative strategies, powerful ideas, and champions • Deepen awareness of leadership at personal, relational, and systems levels through courageous conversations and diverse ways of knowing—drawing on intuition, collective imagination, restorative practice, and foresight • Ignite cross-boundary collaborations through fast-paced, iterative and feedback-oriented process to address complex challenges I’m committed to building value- and trust-based communities, emergent and co-developed convening and giving voice to new and historically marginalized voices and issues. Learn more about the Salzburg Global approach to convening here: https://www.salzburgglobal.org/about/our-approach If you’re working on innovative ideas or transformative approaches to advancing health equity or convening approaches to transformation, I’d love to connect. Let’s get in touch!
