As a member of one of the fastest growing practices within PwC – Workforce Transformation, I focused on the human resource and people management aspects of global deals. Recognized as an individual who could actively pivot to serve clients in the areas impacted by acquisitions, I managed full-cycle HR deals from pre-sign diligence (including over 100 buy-side efforts) to post-acquisition support, analyzed underlying HR data to translate financial impacts, and specialized in employment-related issues, including global compensation and benefits strategy, HR compliance, organizational design, and talent strategy. I was also selected as a leading participant in the Firm’s development of a “Cultural Diligence” process for a major private equity group having been recognized for my passion-driven investment in our team’s people and culture.

Artisan Partners is an independent investment management firm focused on providing high value-added, active investment strategies to sophisticated clients globally. I was hired as the first intern for the Human Resource department, providing support to the HR team and other parts of the company through a year-round internship. ▪ Managed all election changes in the annual benefits enrollment process, including a vision insurance plan introduction. ▪ Tested the programming and database foundation for year-end total rewards statements. ▪ Executed research for strategic company planning (i.e., Restricted Stock Awards program, company-wide virtual mobility).
Girls on the Run (GOTR) is a transformational physical activity-based positive youth development program for girls in 3rd-8th grade, teaching life skills through dynamic, interactive lessons and running games. The non-profit program culminates with the girls being physically and emotionally prepared to complete a celebratory 5K running event. The goal of the program is to unleash confidence through accomplishment while establishing a lifetime appreciation of health and fitness. ▪ Coordinated all updates to curriculum and supplies for Fall 2012 season. ▪ Co-organized summer events with the Volunteer Coordinator, such as coaches training sessions & coach appreciation events. ▪ Met any additional needs requested by the Program Director, Executive Director, and/or Development Director. ▪ Obtained monetary and food-based catering donations from local restaurants.
