- Supervise caseload of 10 children (ages 2–10) with individualized ABA programs in a variety of settings (in-home, school, and clinic). - Provide compassionate, evidence-based care to support social, communication, and adaptive skills. - Conduct assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS, PEAK) to guide treatment planning. - Track progress using mastery criteria, data analysis, and graphing. - Train and support staff using Behavior Skills Training (BST) to ensure intervention fidelity. - Collaborate with caregivers and team members to promote generalization of skills.
In this role, I am responsible for: - Modeling a variety of client programs to staff and checking in on comprehension of ABA strategies. - Leading group meetings and conversations about how we can implement support plans with increased efficacy. - Following through on communication with BCBAs, Administration, and parents. - Inspiring others to centennial in creating learning opportunities.
