My leadership skills demonstrate my strengths and willingness to collaborate with other professionals, show my interest in leading school programs which benefit both staff and students. Over the years I have gained experiences in organizing, managing, collecting assessment data, and collaborating with an array of educational professionals & specialists, parents, and students from multiple grades. In addition, I have co-coordinated, coordinated, developed presentations and organized programs for field trips, Right to Read Week, RTI, ESL programs for families, 3rd grade reading program, Chair of Staff Wellness & PBIS Subcommittee, and initiated the first therapy dog program in collaboration with an independent organization as a non-profit corporation (AKC accredited). It is my belief that an educator's mission is to make school enjoyable and peaceful with opportunities and experiences that go beyond the classroom. The relationship between school and home is imperative for students’ academic & social success. I welcome the opportunity to meet with you to discuss how my experiences and skills can enhance the educational environment while continuing to build upon my leadership expertise.
