1. Served as the point of contact for stakeholders involved in shipments. This required working closely with the Sales & Operations department to coordinate airfreight and logistics shipments. 2. Handled requests for quotations and rate enquiries, providing comprehensive & competitive pricing, and relevant information. Tailored quotations to meet specific needs and requirements of respective customers, while maintaining profitability for the company. 3. Provided updates to local & overseas partners regarding shipment status. This included effectively communicating any changes or delays in shipment’s schedule promptly and transparently. Developed and maintained relationships with airline carriers, co-loaders and other supporting vendors to secure advantageous rates for shipments. 4. Reached out and developed relationships with overseas partners to expand company network outside of Singapore borders. 5. Fostered positive relationships with customers through communicating, supporting and provision of customer service. This includes addressing customer feedback and enquiries promptly, seeking to meet or exceed expectations and to build long-term loyalty.
1. Assisted in billing operations for export and import shipments. Tasks ranged from billing shipments to the collation of various documents such as tax, permits, commercial invoices, packing lists and house bills of shipments of respective clients. 2. Preparation of performance and management reports. Tasks ranged from batching to filing invoices of respective clients in order to keep track of KPIs. 3. Conducted check ins on weekly reports for shipments that have been e-billed over the month. In the event where discrepancies arises, such as unsuccessful e-billing, billing team will be promptly updated and resolved.
1. Performed research and ideation on potential event ideas, ranging from flea markets to street-style festivals. 2. Conducted on-site visitations to gain perspectives into the potential event venue through examining the facilities and amenities, and layout of the venue. This assisted with the assessment on the suitability for event execution. 3. Preparation of PowerPoint decks, from mood board of the event, conceptualizing activities of event, and curation of content. These were used for pitching with clients such as Scape and Centre Point. 4. Provided on-site management for the execution of Singapore Street Festival, Flashbang. Tasks ranged from crowd control & management to vendor liaison as well as logistics.
