Aspiring finance professional with a clear goal: breaking into M&A and Transaction Advisory. I am completing my B.Sc. in Business Administration at Freie Universität Berlin (graduating September 2026). At EY (Big Four), as a working student and intern in Assurance / Audit Services, I built a solid foundation in analyzing separate and consolidated financial statements under German GAAP (HGB) and IFRS, the technical groundwork for Financial Due Diligence and Transaction Services. In parallel, I am deliberately building the M&A toolkit: financial modeling, valuation (DCF, multiples), and financial statement analysis, through self-study based on Rosenbaum & Pearl and the Certified Finance Student (CFS) certification of the BVH. As a member of Berliner Börsenkreis e. V., I regularly engage with capital markets and transaction topics.
