In Corporate Development I spent the longest time of my three years at Aurubis and worked on two main projects as part of project teams: 1. The realignment of Aurubis’ electronic scrap recycling business through the development of new business models and ideas incl. work with external consultants. 2. The development of the new group-wide strategy with personal focus on secondary raw materials. Both projects included close cooperation between different departments and across the plants.
