-> Product Champion for NORMA V-Clamps (market leader) -> Project leader as Tier 1 for high volume customer projects. (VW, Audi, Porsche, GM and BMW) - Accountable for processing OEM customer inquiries/ projects. This includes an efficient and fast response, the design and development of each product and the functional leadership of the project team (Process, Quality, Calculation, etc.) from feasibility to serial phase. - Frequent project reviews with the project-team, production plant and the customer. - Responsible for establishing D-FMEA and the product verification and validation process according to the customers’ demands. - Meeting customers’ face to face (communication in both, English and German). - Tracking all product relevant patent activities and publishing a report on a regular basis. - First contact for any product questions including patent related questions both within the team and from our global partners. - Responsible for the Design Rules for V-Clamps
