Business Continuity – Disaster Recovery Analyst for Technology Risk and Compliance (TRaC) worked on the RSA Archer system of record for compliance and reporting • Directed and assigned DR Analyst to Disaster Recovery Plans the needed updating for compliance, followed up on testing, reporting based on RTO priorities. • Worked with application owners to become compliant and schedule resources for testing, (QA) reviewed DR plans for completeness. • Provided reporting and analysis via Excel pivot tables and graphs for Management, worked with external vendors for further compliance.
Senior Technical Project Manager – IT Global Services | Information Security Service & Delivery Provided Technical direction for the MFA project (Multiple Factor Authentication) This was an effort to replace the RSA hard tokens with CA soft tokens for 500,000 users in 140 Countries. Developed a blend of physical and VM’s for DEV, QA and production. Including WIFI Wireless for office access. Provided Vendor Management, Implemented SharePoint Servers, Work Force Management and facilitated Technical team Meetings and direction. Senior Technical Project Manager – IT Ops Infrastructure ESS, As the PM for VMware server virtualization (P2V) migrating several hundred EOL hardware servers. Managed uplift of the VM environment with new ESX host for VM hosting and added additional VLAN’s for remote sites to communicate with the VM host. Kicked off POC for VSAN and deployed remote (12) RDC sites to new VSAN. Kicked off Vblock project from RFQ to vendor selection (project currently in flight). Deployed EMC’s SRM for the data storage groups hardware and managed load balancers and Network expansion to backbone and other VLAN’s. Managed Firewall configuration’s and DNS server configurations. Rolled out the enterprise wide single sign on enhancement for Unix, Windows and Web services. Key Achievements: • Managed concurrent multiple million dollar infrastructure projects on a National scale of magnitude and developed a detailed and integrated plan for data center migration's. also created mirrored Disaster Recovery Sites for the Business resumption plan. • Championed COX’s PPM/Assured (Agile Methodology) for the group’s in flight visualization and storage infrastructure projects and moved multiple projects through several of the Assured gates with no issues and mentored other PM’s for Agile Methodology.
