I’m a defence supportability and technical information professional with experience across complex platforms, digital support systems, and humanitarian operations. I focus on keeping systems supported, safe, and available by bringing people, information, and processes together in a clear and practical way. I currently manage technical information and supplier assurance activity within a major defence delivery organisation, supporting operational readiness and the safe use of in‑service equipment. I’ve led responses to technical risks, supported major contractual milestones, and worked closely with engineering teams and industry partners to resolve issues under pressure. Earlier in my career, I delivered humanitarian logistics for UK Government crisis responses across Nepal, Syria, Iraq, the Philippines, and Africa, coordinating movements with UN and international partners. I’ve also contributed to governance and inclusive policy development as a Shadow Board Member, and I continue to champion neurodiversity and fair working practices. • Delivered Logistics Movements & Supply Chain Management support (based in UAE) during the UK Government’s response to the Nepal,Syria,Philippines, Iraq & Africa. • Managed locally DFID humanitarian flight requirements & DFID cargo movements.Coordinated with 3PL, Air broker, & DWC & Ministry of Defense and representing DFID at these gatherings. • Reporting, and compilation of transport & movement documents, primarily customs invoice and packing list & ensuring all third party documentation was accurate. • Coordinated DFID and World Food Programme cargo and coordinating with the United Nation High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) to ensure the aid was successfully unloaded in country. • Assisting the Procurement team with developing and procuring large quantities of commodities for aid; including kitchen sets, solar lanterns and water purification equipment.
