• Architected and implemented second version of Cause Importer. Cause Importer is a tool used to import charities into Benevity's database from a variety of different file types and formats. First version of the tool was not easily extensible to new and different file import types, which was the primary motivator for the re-implementation. (Java,REST,MySQL) • Implemented the ability to donate through Benevity One World (BOW) foundation. The BOW foundation allowed for donations to be made outside of Donor's country of residence. (Java,MySQL) • Designed and implemented donation routing logic. Routing logic is used to determine the foundation that an inbound donation should be routed through. For example, donations made to a locally registered Canadian charity would be processed through the Canadian Online Giving Foundation, whereas a non-registered Canadian charity would be routed elsewhere. (Java,REST,MySQL) • Contributed toward the design and implementation of Content Hub. Content Hub represents a means for users to create site wide cause related content.
