Development and implementation of Management Academy to bridge the gap getween sales and management staff. Consult line management on recruitment and selection practices, industrial and labour relations, remuneration and benefits, performance management, talent management, as well as a variety of other HR and business pratices and principles.
Provision of HR and IR support across the Eastern Cape to ensure the implementation of HR initiatives and the observance of proper governance throughout the region. Regular consulting on Performance Management, Talent Management, Employment Equity, Skills Development and a variety of other practices.
Consultating line management on recruitment and selection, industrial relations, remuneration and benefits, performance management and a variety of other HR practices and principles. Was responsible for drafting company policies and procedures in terms of the various legislation in order to ensure compliance to all relevant labour legislation.
