Establish and manage a pre-opening budget of over USD 10 million Managing the operation of the hotel post opening achieving target index levels of RGI of .75 with an MPI of 1.01 in first year of operation amongst Palm Island competitor set Achieve first year operating GOP of 23% with no cash call to owner through the management of a US$ 65 million revenue budget Develop and provide hotel services to two residential complexes on either side of the beach resort comprising of 550 apartments through effective participation in Home Owner Associations.
